Refund Policy

All purchases made on IdeaGen are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, we do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.

IdeaGen offers one-time licence purchases — Explorer (₹999) and Builder (₹2,999) — that grant permanent, lifetime access to the features of the chosen plan.

Upon payment confirmation, your plan is activated immediately and you gain instant access to all purchased features. Because the digital licence is delivered and accessible the moment payment is confirmed, the purchase cannot be undone.

IdeaGen provides digital software licences, not physical goods. Once a licence is activated:

• The digital content has been delivered in full
• The licence cannot be "returned" or deactivated selectively
• The associated AI generation credits and features have been made available

For these reasons, all sales are treated as final, consistent with standard practice for digital goods.

We do not grant refunds in any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the purchased features
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
• Technical difficulties on the user's device or network
• Purchasing the wrong plan

If you believe there has been an error with your payment — such as being charged an incorrect amount — please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback while retaining access to purchased features may result in immediate suspension of your account.
